Supportive PsychoTherapy

Supportive psychotherapy helps with relieving the presenting symptoms of distress and reducing the extent of behavioral disruptions caused by conflicts or disturbances. It targets self-esteem, ego functions, relationships and adaptive skills so that you can grow toward your goals. Supportive psychotherapy aims to treat those dealing with anxiety, depression and stress. This method helps you overcome the habits and emotions you have dealt with, while feeling secure along the way. Mind relief holds the key to unlocking your potential.
